How Long Will My Mould Last & How Many Times Can It Be Used?
All our plastic moulds are designed for simple and easy demoulding. We ourselves have had some moulds for years and have produced many casts, losing count of how many times they have been used.
The life expectancy of a mould is dependant more so on the mould being used correctly by the user than any other factor.
Making sure a few simple steps are followed; like supporting the mould correctly, using a release oil, not over filling the mould, stacking the moulds properly and allowing the concrete to set thoroughly before de-moulding. Using these methods will prolong the life of your mould and give you as many ornaments as possible.
Once you have purchased your moulds, your ornaments will cost very little to make and most people find that they recoup their initial outlay with in just a few fills. This makes the moulds extremely worthwhile and profitable.
