Do I Need An Account To Make A Purchase?

You do not need to setup an account to make a purchase, however, if you wish to make further purchases, this will then save you entering your details each time.

Is There A Minimum Order?

Yes, we have a minimum order of $100 excluding Postage.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card , PayPal and in certain instances by Bank Deposit.

Will I Receive A Confirmation E-Mail?

Once your order has been received a confirmation e-mail will be sent you.

What Happens If I Am Not Sure If My Order Has Been Accepted?

You can contact us via our Contact Us Page and we will be able to look into this for you.

How Long Will My Order Take To Be Dispatched?

We dispatch daily Monday through to Friday.

Please note that Made To Order Items will be dispatched upon completion.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number For My Order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details for your information.

Can I Collect My Order In Store?

No, we are Mail Order only and do not have any Collection Stores.

Do You Send Internationally?

No, we do not send Internationally (outside of Australia).

Can I Cancel or Amend My Order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, you will need to contact us immediately and this can only be done prior to dispatch.

For cancelled orders, there will be an administration charge incurred.

Can I Return An Item?

Returning of Products due to change of mind can only be exchanged and the buyer will need to pay for the return postage.

You must inform us that you wish to return the product and it must be returned within 3 days of receipt in an unused condition using a traceable postage method.  You will also need to pay the postage together with any difference in cost for the new item.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please contact us immediately, so that we can advise you on what you need to do.
